Please note that the information below only concerns purchases made on this website. Purchases made through any other sales channel (physical store, partner website, warehouse, festival, milonga, etc.) are not affected by the text below.
Satisfied or refunded!
Your purchase does not suit you?
You can of course return it to us, we will exchange it or refund it to you according to your wishes.
Here's how.
Pursuant to article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise its right without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for the costs of returning the products concerned.
If it is an exchange, the costs of return (in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg only) of the returned item and return of the replacement item are the responsibility of LINOTE when it is the first exchange for this order (see below).
Beyond this period, no return or exchange will be accepted.
If you wish to return an item, you must:
1) Send an email to clotilde@lalatango.com specifying the item you want to return, and if necessary the item you want to receive in exchange (remember to check its availability on the site).
You can specify the reason for your return, this will help us improve.
2) We will confirm your return by e-mail, indicating the identification number of your return. Print this email (or print legibly the identification number on free paper) that you will attach in your return package.
If this is an exchange and the new item is available, we will send you the free return voucher (if you are located in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg only). In other cases, we will indicate the return address (which is in mainland France). You can choose to ship the package to this address, or choose to send it to the Pick-up & Go location (Mondial Relay) that we will give you, which is cheaper. Do not send any package to the company’s mailing address, it might not be taken into account.
3) Pack the items to be returned without forgetting to attach in your package our confirmation email above.
Products must be returned to us in new condition, in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, shoe box, pouches, etc.). Products with traces of use will not be exchanged or refunded. The protective film underneath the shoes must not have been removed.
Warning: the boxes of shoes must not be used directly for shipping, they must be the subject of additional packaging.
4) Send your package to the return address provided by us.
If this is an exchange (in case you wish to receive another item and this item is available), the cost of returning the returned item and returning the replacement item are the responsibility of LINOTE when it is the first exchange for this order (in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg only. Outside these countries, the exchange costs are at your expense). For this same order, the following exchanges will be at your expense.
In other cases, the return costs, unless otherwise indicated, are at your expense. You are free to choose the shipping method.
We advise you to return your products by registered mail or with additional insurance, guaranteeing, if necessary, compensation for the products up to their actual market value in case of theft or loss of this merchandise. In any case, the return is at your own risk. You must imperatively keep the proof of deposit of the package, otherwise, in case of loss, no refund will be made.
The refund to your bank will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the goods, directly to the credit card or the means used for payment of the order.
